Abraham Afori - Chairman
Mr. Afori serves as the General Director of the Yozmot Incubator, Granot Industrial Park, in Israel. Previously, Afori served in several executive management positions including General Secretary of Kibutz Givat Hashlosha, General Manager, Noga Givat Ha’shlosha Shoe Factory, Member, Regional Council of South Sharon. Afori holds a two-year Social Science Seminar degree (Efal program is equivalent to 4 years University degree). Accredited courses included: Economics, Sociology, Philosophy, Jewish History and General History.

Alon Zifroni – Director
Mr. Zifroni joined Microdel in January 2008 and serves as CEO. Prior to joining Microdel, Mr. Zifroni served as CEO of a start-up company called AGR, and a ERP senior consultant and Board member in SEKER Consulting group. Mr. Zifroni holds a BSc in Industrial and Management Engineering.

Adi Platcher - Director
Adi Platcher is a partner and manager of a firm that develops and manages projects in the NBC and medical fields. The company has partnerships in NBC production lines in the States and in “Baby Breath Ltd”. Previously Platcher was a partner at Elad Engineering Ltd., which designs products and machines in the military and medical device field. Its clients include: IMI, Elbit, IAI, IMOD, Supergum Elgo, Netafim, Implient-orthopedic implants, Neovasc –Craniological Implants and Apos-orthopedic implants. Before that, Platcher was CEO of Superweld Ltd., a production plant manufactured personal protection and military gear, part of “Supergum” Group. Platcher held several R&D managerial positions at Israeli Military Industries (IMI). Platcher holds a Bsc.degree in mechanical engineering from the Tel Aviv University.

Yigal Mazor
Marketing expert with vast experience in marketing projects of large industrial companies in Israel and worldwide. He set up and manages the export division of a large Israeli Industrial company exporting over $500 million annually.

Golan Gilad
Mr. Gilad is the General Manager of Life Support Ltd. an Israeli company that develops NBC Nuclear/ Biologic/ Chemical products. Golan holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science and Criminology and a Masters Degree in International Relations. He served as a Colonel in the IDF overseeing the NBC industry in Israel, with a market size of 3 Billion Shekels, working in close contact with Government offices and professional bodies and was directly in charge of hundreds of soldiers and officers.
